Dear Travel Advisors and Suppliers:
We have survived! And we should be proud of ourselves for that. We are still navigating constant changes, unknowns and a sneaky cousin of the virus, but more than ever travel advisors have shown that we can be depended upon to get the job done and take care of our clients.
All of us on the Board are saddened that we could not make it feasibly work to continue with the conference for 2021. However, with our new venue and expanded interest from suppliers, we know that 2022 will be a great way to come back and we will all be ready!
Watch your e-mail for special invitations for TAT members only—many of our suppliers will be offering fun and educational Zoom webinars with some chat time included! We had a delay in beginning those because of some personal family issues among a few board members, but they will begin very soon so watch your email!
In the time since we last met in 2019 we lost one of our biggest fans and best-loved supporters, Barbara Tautkus with Vacation Express. She was an integral part of our conferences within recent years, and played a big role in introducing many of our members to Vacation Express. However, more importantly, she was one of the sweetest people on the planet who always had a big smile for everyone. She is definitely missed.
With your help, I am proud to take TAT to the next level as a unique networking and educational travel advisor organization. Watch for updates about registration for next year’s event. I look forward to seeing all of you as soon as we can!
